Your Own Holiday Home by the Water – Worry-Free Ownership
Do you dream of a brand-new holiday home by the water?
At Holiday Park De Groote Vliet, we are building luxurious, detached holiday homes on spacious plots with a unique location: directly by fishing waters or along the peaceful outer edge of the park.
The plots range in size from approx. 175 m² to over 300 m². Several types of holiday homes are being developed here, designed with comfort, atmosphere, and efficient use of space in mind. The homes are delivered completely turn-key: from the foundations to the interior, everything is taken care of for you.
Construction & Planning
The next construction phase is expected to start in October/November. Our aim is to have the homes ready for rental by July 1st.
The final delivery date also depends on the moment the purchase is finalized. If the purchase is made later, the schedule may differ. Naturally, we will always inform you in advance about the expected delivery date that applies to your situation.
Rental through Holiday Park De Groote Vliet
Would you like to rent out your holiday home part-time? We take full care of this for you. The holiday homes are included in our rental system, which is designed to be as fair as possible: every home receives an equal share of rental weeks and revenue.
As the owner, you decide which weeks you reserve for your own use. For our mediation, we charge a fee of 25% of the rental income. If we cooperate with external partners or tour operators, this percentage may vary slightly.
We handle everything for you, including:
- Promotion, website & brochures
- Rental administration and payments
- Guest contact and problem resolution
- Reception service at fixed times
- Provision of bed linen and towel packages
- Inspection of the home before and after each rental
- Minor maintenance work
- Periodic advice on the maintenance of your property
