Whether you are looking for a cosy mobile home on leased land, a comfortable chalet or a bungalow on privately owned land, you will find plenty of opportunities to enjoy peace, space and the outdoors with us.
Our park combines a water-rich environment with excellent facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to its location near the IJsselmeer and directly by the inland lake De Groote Vliet, it is not only a wonderful place to spend your holidays, but also a smart investment in your own holiday home.
What opportunities are available?
The available properties vary in type, size and location. We are open 365 days a year (permanent residence is not permitted) and offer various possibilities:
- Your own mobile home on leased land
- Your own chalet or bungalow on privately owned land
- Chalets and bungalows with rental opportunities through the park
- New-build possibilities for the “De Grondel” model
Available plots
From sheltered plots surrounded by greenery to plots directly by open water or the fishing lake, we currently have several plots available:

In consultation, various possibilities are available, including the placement of the “De Grondel” model or another suitable option.
Rental opportunities through the park
Some of the chalets and bungalows have a rental designation. In that case, you can choose to rent out the property through us during periods when you are not using it yourself. An attractive and worry-free way to make your investment profitable.
The property will be included in our rental system and we take care of the entire process. For this, a rental mediation agreement will be signed. This agreement includes, among other things, that the rental commission is 25% of the rental amount and, if necessary, we will furnish the property according to our rental standards, fully equipped from furniture to kitchenware. All additional information regarding our mediation services can be found in the rental mediation agreement.
Among other things, we take care of:
- Promotion and rentals through our website and partners
- Management of bookings, payments and administration
- Cleaning and inspections after every stay
- Guest reception and key management
Viewings by appointment
As we would like to take the time for you, viewings are by appointment only. During a viewing, you will receive all the information you need and we will gladly show you the park, the available properties and plots.
Waiting list
Is there currently nothing available that matches your wishes, but would you like to be the first to know? Then feel free to join our waiting list without obligation. New properties or plots for sale are always first offered to people on our waiting list before they appear on our website.
