About holiday park De Groote Vliet

Holiday park De Groote Vliet was founded in 1971 by our father(in-law). Over the years, the green hedges in the park have been well develeoped, so that your privacy is well guaranteed during your stay. This beautiful piece of nature in the middle of an extensive water-rich area is certainly worth visiting!

Unique park in the Netherlands
We, the Joost family and our colleagues, invest a lot of time and effort into making the park so well-loved by our guests. The customer-friendliness, peace, space, excess of water and sportive relaxation, combined with a stay in a comfortable chalet or bungalow, makes our park a unique spot in the Netherlands. There is no busy traffic in and around the park, only lots of swimming water, kilometres of open waterways and fishing water with connections to the park. The fishing opportunities are legendary. A map is available at the reception so that you can discover this water-rich area for yourself, you can obtain a fishing license at the reception (€ 30,00).​​​​​​​

Nice facilities
There are also many sporting facilities for young and old within the park, such as a playground, a soccer field, a basketball field, a carp pond, a tennis court and an active entertainment committee which organizes various activities in high season.
