Are all accommodations non-smoking?

All our accommodations are non-smoking. We do our utmost to enforce this, but we cannot fully guarantee that no smoking has ever taken place in a unit.

What amenities and equipment does the accommodation have?

It is always good to know what is already there and what you may need to take with you on holiday! All our accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen, with a Senseo and a filter coffee machine, a microwave/oven or oven and a dishwasher. Specific information about an accommodation can be found on our website when you select the relevant accommodation.

Where can I find the house number of the accommodation I booked?

My reservations will take you to your account, where you will find the type of accommodation you booked and the park address under your booking number.

How many people can stay in the accommodation?

The description of the accommodation states how many people the accommodation is suitable for. This number corresponds to the number of beds available in the accommodation. Due to safety regulations, it is not possible to have more people stay in the accommodation. This also means that it is not permitted to place extra beds/camping beds/air mattresses in the accommodation.

Are kitchen essentials provided in the accommodation?

On arrival, you will find a kitchen starter set in the accommodation, with a dish cloth, scouring sponge, garbage bag and pedal bin bag and a dishwasher tablet. Towels are not provided as standard in the accommodation; these can be booked on request.

Are towels and bed linen included?

Bed linen is available in the accommodation. Towels can be rented separately. In your reservation, under “extras”, you can check whether you have added towels to your booking.

Is washing up liquid, toilet paper and coffee provided in the accommodation?

On arrival, you will find a kitchen starter set in the accommodation, with a dish cloth, scouring sponge, garbage bag and pedal bin bag and a dishwasher tablet. You will also find everything you need to make a first cup of coffee or tea on the tray on the dining table, and there is toilet paper in the toilet.

Does my accommodation have an enclosed garden?

Most accommodations have an enclosed garden or enclosed terrace. This is good to know when you have small children or a dog! Check the accommodation details on our website to see if this is the case for the accommodation you booked. You can find this information on our website. The accommodation you booked will state exactly if and how it is fenced.

Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

Pets are allowed in all our accommodations. The number of pets depends on the size of the accommodation and the size of your dog(s).
