Accessibility
From Holiday Park De Groote Vliet you can reach the centre of Medemblik in about 10 minutes (approx. 3.5 km). By car it only takes a few minutes, and the town offers several parking options, both free and paid. Medemblik is also easy to reach by bike via a scenic route along the West Frisian Omringdijk.
Public Transport & Heritage Railway
Medemblik can be reached by bus connections from Hoorn and Enkhuizen. A special way to visit the town is by taking the historic Steam Tram, which runs from Hoorn to Medemblik through the West Frisian countryside.
